Respectful Relationship

Our team is committed to treating all clients with dignity and respect. We do ask that you give our team the same consideration. For the safety and well-being of the patients in our care, other clients, and our team, we will not tolerate cursing, yelling and/or any attack on our staff. Failure to act in a calm and respectful manner may result in the termination of your relationship with Westside Animal Hospital.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Cancel or Reschedule

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule without a 24-hour notice or no-show for your appointment, a no-show fee will be applied to your account.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, Cash, Amex, and ScratchPay.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while at the hospital. All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Arriving to an appointment late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
